TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) Filament is a flexible, durable 3D printing material designed for applications that require elasticity, impact resistance, and long-lasting performance. It offers excellent layer adhesion, high abrasion resistance, and resistance to oils, grease, and many common chemicals, making it suitable for both functional prototypes and end-use parts.
This filament prints with a recommended nozzle temperature of 210–240°C and a heated bed temperature of 30–60°C. It is available in 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm diameters, with 95A Shore hardness being the most commonly used grade. TPU provides outstanding flexibility while maintaining strength, allowing printed parts to bend, stretch, and return to their original shape without cracking.
TPU filament is ideal for producing phone cases, gaskets, seals, wheels, vibration dampers, wearable devices, protective covers, shoe soles, cable organizers, and other components that require flexibility and durability. For the best printing results, store the filament in a dry, sealed container with desiccant and dry it before use if moisture has been absorbed.
