Nylon (Polyamide) Filament is a high-performance 3D printing material engineered for strength, durability, and exceptional wear resistance. It combines excellent mechanical properties with flexibility, making it an ideal choice for functional prototypes, industrial components, and end-use parts that must withstand repeated stress and demanding environments. This filament offers outstanding impact resistance, low friction, and excellent resistance to oils, grease, fuels, and many common chemicals. With a recommended nozzle temperature of 240–270°C and a heated bed temperature of 70–100°C, Nylon produces strong, reliable prints with superior layer adhesion. It is available in 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm diameters and is commonly manufactured in PA6, PA12, or PA66 grades to suit different performance requirements. Nylon filament is ideal for printing gears, bearings, bushings, hinges, automotive parts, jigs, fixtures, industrial tools, and other mechanical components that require high strength and long service life. Because Nylon readily absorbs moisture from the air, it should be stored in a sealed container with desiccant and dried before printing to ensure the best print quality and mechanical performance.Key Features
